Outplacement is practical support designed to help people who have to leave a company through redundancy to move to the next step in their careers. Our outplacement programmes are designed to help people cope with the unsettling prospect of job change.

For many of us change is positive, presenting opportunity and new experience, while for others change is a daunting prospect. Often people whose job is being made redundant, feel rejected and very quickly lose confidence and struggle to find direction.

The essential requirements to a positive redundancy programme are communication, planning, careful analysis and effective consultation with your staff in a sensitive approach. By involving us from the outset of your programme,  you can provide your staff with an exit that they will be feel comfortable and positive with. Giving you the benefit of a focused workforce and intact Corporate Identity.

Through one day sessions and /or one to one coaching we can train in practical skills aimed at empowering your staff to approach the job market with confidence, skill and awareness. As our client, you choose what support suits the needs of your business however these are some of the sessions available and can be tailor made into whatever delivery suits best.

  • Group sessions on or off site (max 8 delegates) either a one or two day session
  • One day on site - to spend 2 hours with each employee (max 4)
  • One to one consulting off site or remotely (you choose how many sessions)
  • Funding to the individual - we present to all individuals as a group and leave them to choose which provider to use, if at all
  • Job Shops - 2 hour snap shot course
  • How to find a job in a recession workshop - max 8 delegates
  • CV critique and workshop
  • Interview and presentation skills (mock interview and feedback)
